Harbor Village
The Harbor Village complex offers a unique concept in waterfront living. This complex consists of 94 luxury low-rise residences, including six townhouses, all facing a private marina with boat slips. The harbor village marina is the only private marina within Old Port Cove. Residences consist of three and four bedroom models with single floor, loft or townhouse design. All have a wet bar and covered parking with individual storage rooms. Dock owners are assessed separately for maintenance. Docks can only be assigned to owners or leased to tenants of Harbor Village. Common facilities include a heated pool and whirlpool.
QUAY SOUTH
Quay South is a duplicate of the Quay North tower and offers 167 units. It shares the same common elements with Quay North and is positioned on over 3 acres of land with 360 feet of bulkhead waterfront.
